Here are some steps via which you can install this app
1) First you have to download following software in order to start the installation process
Motorola USB Drivers for 32bit Windows | 64bit Windows.
Download Droid 4 Utility.
2) Now you have to enable USB Debugging from Settings > Applications > Development.
3) After enabling the USB Debugging Connect your Droid 4 to the PC via the USB cable.
4) After then you have to run above download file Droid 4 Utility and there will be automatic process.
